Good360 is a charity that connects charities, schools and society’s most vulnerable with businesses willing to donate unsold or surplus goods, services and disaster recovery essentials. Their mission is to ensure the excess goods and services businesses produce every year flow to people in need rather than going to waste. $2.5 billion brand new products go to waste every year (Deloitte Report 2022)
Society is struggling with both need and waste at the same time. Good360 are here to help prevent waste and give new goods to Australians in need. The result is a Circle of Good that reduces need and waste in our communities at the same time so everyone benefits – from people to the planet.
By providing free freight delivery to their school and charity members across South Australia, we are helping Good360 to achieve their mission of getting the excess goods that are produced every year to people in need - rather than going to waste.
Cochrane’s have delivered pallets of donated goods to Yorke Peninsula, Fleurieu Peninsula, Murray Mallee, Riverland, Mildura, Eyre Peninsula and Limestone Coast.
Good360 said: “With Cochrane’s onboard as a distribution partner, communities doing it tough in most regional areas of SA can now place orders for donated goods, often completely free. Furthermore 15.76 T of goods have been prevented from going to waste -a hugely positive environmental impact!”
Since 2022, Cochrane’s and Good360 have partnered to deliver over $2,064,779 of brand-new essential goods to people in need across regional South Australia.
We look forward to continuing our partnership and doing more doing great things for the people and the planet.
